Phra Chinarat Indo-China was created by The Buddhist Society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage. Wat Suthat hosted the consecration ceremony where His Holiness Somdej Phra Sangharaja Pae presided as the Chairman. There were over a hundred buddhist monks that attended the ceremony and it was rated as the most auspicious and sacred ceremony ever held.
